In 2024 we had a great time bringing the local community together for a fun week of community building at Wade Road Park in Delta. As we look forward to hosting this event in 2025, we are reaching out to ask you to join us as a sponsor. Sponsors gain exposure for their business, access to potential new customers, and strengthen community relationships in return for a financial or in-kind contribution.

Summer Fun @ The Park is an established community event - which has grown annually since 2007. It is an entirely free event for the local community, made possible through the generosity of our sponsors. It is the sort of event where neighbours meet and get to know each other, families have fun and build memories together, and community spirit grows. The event is not just an advertising opportunity, but also a chance for your organization to help make our community stronger and build genuine neighbourly connections.

The event sees an average of 200 attendees each night, with 948 unique attendees last year across the entire event week. Sponsors are featured in promotional materials, including social media posts, the Community of Hope website, and announcements during the event. We distribute between 3,000 and 5,000 flyers to the community surrounding Wade Road Park with the official Logos of our sponsors located on one side. Valued at ~$1,816.65.

We also offer a spot for a Sponsored Tent so that you or your staff members can connect with guests in person. In addition, we are able to share a script or promotional message during our nightly program.

Summer Fun @ The Park provides significant exposure and aligns your brand with a positive, community-focused initiative. We have a variety of levels of sponsorship available and would love to discuss how to best include and feature your business amongst our 2025 sponsors.

    Door Prizes

    Provide a door prize to be given away at the end of each night. Prizes typically have a value of $100 and Friday Night often has 3 door prizes.

  • Kumare Restaurant and Bakery Flan Snack

    Snack Sponsor

    Provide individual snack options for one day of Summer Fun At The Park, estimated 250 pieces needed Mon-Thurs and 400 pieces on Friday. Snack can also be sponsored at $300.

  • Summer Fun At The Park Balloon Animals

    Activities & Supplies

    Provide the materials for Face Painting, Arts & Crafts, Balloon Animals, Kids Games or Henna. Activities can also be sponsored at $350.
